Citigroup Management Reporting Systems Head in Warsaw, Poland

The MIS Head manages a team of analysts, which is responsible for providing business intelligence reporting, analytics and regulatory reports for the consumer bank. The MIS head will work closely with business partners to manage data requests, setting priorities and standards. They will ensure report quality, interpret results and conduct analysis, which will influence/guide business decisions. Finally, the MIS head will overview regulatory requests and ensure their accuracy and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • The function manages a team of roughly 7 employees. This includes short term planning, task assignment, ensuring controls are executed and communicating timelines and results to business partners. This may include day-to-day supervise of junior level employees.

  • The role filters all data requests and work with partners to determine which ones are priorities, which can wait and which are not required.

  • The role is responsible for all existing reports and data processes. This includes monitoring and ensuring automated delivery.

  • The function is often tasked with analyzing portfolio trends and identifying performance root causes. This includes data review per analytic standards, summarizing results and presenting a recommended action.

  • The MIS head will oversee the Tableau page and ensure dashboards are clear, well organized and delivered in standard templates to ensure consistence and ease of use.

  • The role is responsible for regulator reporting. This includes understand the requirement, verifying results and delivering within required timelines.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years experience in a reporting role leveraging SAS, SQL or Python.

  • 3+ years experience managing people

  • Experience in consumer bankingi. Specifically, knowledge of consumer financial services regulatory environment required

  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools

  • Experience analyzing trends, identifying insights

  • Interpersonal skills, track record of building strong relationships

  • Good knowledge of Polish

  • Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
