Citigroup Letter of Credit and Payment Specialist in Warsaw, Poland

The Letter of Credit and Payment Specialist is responsible for processing Letter of Credit transactions, payments and fees related to Letter of Credit and documentary collection.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all payments and fees related to letter of credit and documentary collection

  • Properly record letters of credit activities in banking systems

  • Identify risk-related issues and report any discrepancies

  • Provide assistance to client services and internal teams as needed

  • Handle the SWIFT and related processing

  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

  • Experience in operational department

  • International trade or payments, wire transfers, ACH (Automated Clearing House) processing experience would be an advantage

  • Knowledge of general banking functions

  • Detail-oriented

  • Team player

  • Good time management skills

  • German knowledge will be an asset
