You will join a team that is dedicated to delivering excellent stakeholder service to achieve pragmatic solutions for the business. In doing so you will:

• Assist in the review, drafting, and management of commercial contracts relevant to the TV and digital advertising services, influencer marketing, merchandising, intellectual property, audiovisual production.

• Provide on-going general business and legal advice to internal clients concerning advertising and media law.Research, manage, and track existing contractual obligations, including compliance with such obligations.

• Coordinate with business, finance, data privacy/security, compliance, and other internal teams to assist with deal development.

• Work pro-actively and closely with the business to ensure that colleagues are aware of the importance of involving the legal team at the outset in any commercial opportunity or discussion.

• Take part in active legal monitoring on legal news and news regulations

• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification Standards

• Master's degree in law.

• Commenced attorney-at-law apprenticeship (aplikacja radcowska) will be a significant asset.

• Fluency in English.

• Ability to develop a detailed understanding of the business and external risks.

• Ability to work on projects with number of stakeholders simultaneously to deliver expected compliant outcomes.

• Good investigative skills, prepared to challenge and stand their ground.

• Soft skills: Autonomous, Good relationship sense, Enjoy working as a team, Curiosity for new tasks and projects, Flexibility.
