Team/Role Overview:

HR Stakeholder Services Team provides HR services which include On-boarding, Employee Life-Cycle, Off-boarding, Payroll, Benefits and Service Delivery.

HR Services Team strives to provide excellent customer service through its product offering to employees and managers whilst focusing on process re-engineering and initiatives to enhance the Shared Services role in Citi. The Team is the delivery engine providing the services to the partners and customers within Citibank Europe plc Poland.

What you'll do:

  • Precise execution of employee life cycle processes (job changes, personal data changes, etc.)

  • Data entry to HR systems and reporting

  • HR documents preparation (contracts, medical referrals, employment certificates etc.)

  • Performing process controls, data uploads and reconciliations

  • Customer service (via ServiceNow system) in terms of employees and managers support in HR related matters

  • Participating in country specific or regional projects providing his/her process/country specific knowledge as valuable input for the initiative

What we'll need from you:

  • Some experience in HR, Recruitment, Personnel Administration, Payroll or Benefits would be an advantage

  • Very good level (min. B2) of Polish and English language knowledge (both spoken & written)

  • TETA, Workday, SNOW systems user experience will be a plus

  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge

  • Command of basic employment laws

  • Team player with innovative approach, can-do attitude, sense of urgency and an eye for detail; Quick learner open to a change

  • High School diploma or equivalent
