Your New Role…

As a member of the Employee Connection team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless onboarding process for all new employees. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks right from document collection to coordinating, communications with candidates, coordination between internal teams for a smooth integration into the organization.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Collect and verify all required documents from new hires

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

  • Collaborate with Facilities and IT departments to ensure new joiners have timely access to assets, building facilities, and IT resources

  • Facilitate the issuance of employee ID cards

  • Collaborate with internal team members, PCP, Hiring Manager, TA to address and resolve any potential issues

  • Prepare and distribute employment contract letters to new employees Background & Medical Checks: Initiate background & medical checks as per company policies and regulatory requirements Employee File Management:

  • Organize and store documents in employee files, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility as needed Employee Profile Setup: Coordinate with tier-2 teams to set up and update employee profiles in the system Communication:

  • Communicate relevant details on joining to candidates and hiring managers

  • Provide timely updates on the onboarding process

  • Induction Invites: Share induction invites on day 1 with all the candidates joining the organization

Qualifications & Experience…

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent work experience Minimum one year of HR experience, preferably within an HR operations team, service provider, or shared services environment

  • Proficient in both Polish and English, candidate with French language would be preferred Must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying for Knowledge of HR Systems (Workday, Service Now etc.) will be added advantage

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Must be able to demonstrate ability to learn and understand various computer systems
