We're hiring a Business Assistant to support our team in Poland.

Your Challenge:

• Support the commercial team with contract management, purchase orders and other administrative processes.

• Assist with the arrangement of business meetings & trips and organization of corporate events.

• Participate in business projects and team initiatives.

• Manage the onboarding process for new colleagues and coordinate their initial training sessions.

• Administer the Corteva Poland email inbox.

• Provide backup for systems in the event of Reception absence.

Location: Warsaw, Poland - hybrid work arrangement available

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

• University education is highly valued.

• At least 3 years of experience in executive assistant and/or business support roles.

• Business proficiency in English

• Excellent communication with different levels of the organization.

• Demonstrates adaptability and effectively manages multiple demands simultaneously.
