Position summary :

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Center located in Warsaw, Poland. In this key supportive role, you will take part in a global project of Procurement Digital Transformation, impacting Stryker's manufacturing sites across the globe.

You will partner with Workstream Leads and Subject Matter Experts to support implementation of Procurement To-Be Template processes. You will look after deployment activities including testing, training, data conversion, cut over and hyper care within the Procurement function.

What you will do :

• Support timely completion of project activities

• Understand business process in scope and collaborates across process areas to ensure solution adoption

• Compile recommendations on process adjustments, new potential technologies

• Communicate changes, recommendations, and procedures to business teams

• Partner with Subject Matter Experts in the business to drive adoption of to-be business processes

• Coordinate involvement of Stryker SMEs in key deployment activities

• Participate in process workshops, supporting the Workstream Leads

• Coordinate with business team to support change management, training, business process mapping, and cutover deliverables

• Support business SME's with execution of data cleansing, data migration and conversion to ensure accuracy of enterprise supplier master and transactional data

• Support the creation and delivery of training content

• Coordinate key testing activities including test scenario scoping, test script approvals, test data readiness, and test execution

• Support hyper care activities post business go-live

Who you are:

• BS, BA in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance

• Master in in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent

• 3+ years of industry experience with supplier-facing responsibility

• Thoroug understanding of Procurement, Planning, Sourcing activity

• Experience with SAP Ariba is nice to have but not a must

• Strong knowledge in relevant sub-processes

• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships within Stryker divisions and geographies
