Material Management Analyst

About the Role:

As a Material Management Analyst , you will play a crucial role in leading the transformation of our Request To Pay business process through the execution of master data management within the eSAP framework. You will be responsible for overseeing the work plan and deliverables of the coding operation team, including all work provisioned to the BPO coding team, ensuring high-quality results and timely completion of tasks. You will also provide exceptional customer service to end users by proactively monitoring coding operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing the work plan for the coding operations team, including the BPO coding team

  • Ensuring timely communication of any issues that could cause delays in coding deliverables

  • Participating in daily, weekly, and monthly team meetings and status calls with the BPO Coding Team to ensure high-quality and timely work

  • Understanding and executing all aspects of IMM Coding Work, including Legacy Data Migrations into eSAP, Plant Raised Coding Requests, and Global ME Launch Part Coding

  • Maintaining a high level of knowledge of Material Data Management and IM codification methods, processes, and systems

  • Providing exceptional customer service by proactively monitoring the output of the Coding Team to meet quality and efficiency targets

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of coding processes and data migrations

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance data management efficiency

  • Monitoring coding operations to ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize tasks across multiple simultaneous projects

  • Associate Degree or 3+ years of functional expertise in industrial operations, maintenance, vehicle launch processes, large-scale data migration projects, and Material Master Data Management

  • Possess strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal and supervisory skills

  • Show excellent teamwork skills and a customer-focused attitude

  • Have a high level of technical aptitude, especially with data management systems such as eSAP

  • Manage time effectively while maintaining attention to detail

  • Display experience with large-scale data migration and material coding in a technical or manufacturing environment

  • Adapt quickly to new systems and processes while maintaining high standards of work

  • Provide creative problem-solving skills to resolve operational issues as they arise

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all coding operations

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $68,640-$78,750
