Description We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team based in Waltham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service, managing phone communications, and coordinating schedules. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound phone calls, providing accurate information and assistance to patients

• Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression

• Deliver superior customer service, addressing patient needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Schedule appointments, ensuring efficient management of clinical schedules

• Assist visitors, providing information and guidance as required Requirements • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring client queries are addressed promptly and accurately

• Ability to assist visitors, providing them with necessary information and directing them to appropriate departments

• Demonstrated experience in providing superior customer service, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times

• Experience in coordinating schedules, ensuring smooth operation of all daily appointments and meetings

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare systems would be advantageous

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain patient confidentiality.
