Description We have partnered with a highly respected firm in their search to fill an AP Accountant to cover a leave for 2-3 months.

Responsibilities for the AP Accountant will include:

• Receive all invoices, sort, review, and process payments

• Ensure all invoices and all payments are processed in a timely manner

• Reconcile vendors accounts

• Set up new vendors

• Handle all vendor inquiries and resolve all AP issues

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing vendors

• 1099 filings

• Assist with ad hoc accounting work

• Assist with the annual audit and tax workpaper preparation for various entities

For this position, we are looking for someone with 2+ years of AP experience. Must have strong system skills, be able to work with deadlines, and be highly organized.
