Compensation : $20.84/hr

Principle Accountabilities

  • Perform training teachings and side-by-side’s

  • Evaluate new hire performance and daily check-in’s

  • Communicate Safety Directives

  • Perform efficiency reviews of operating procedures

  • Record and Communicate gaps in processes and procedures

  • Implement safety strategies

  • Facilitate Training Courses in group settings

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

  • Must be 18 years or older

  • Must have a high school diploma or GED and/or 2 years manufacturing or other high paced broader range of skills

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English

  • Must have computer skills using Microsoft Office package

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time

  • Ability to work in a cold environment

  • Must have 12-month experience in manufacturing or other high paced environments

  • Must have flexibility in schedule regarding start and end times. Split shift when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing EHS department

  • Bilingual preferred
