Qualifications and Experience:

• Education level – Graduate

• Experience – 4+years

Job Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of Training experience for min. 30 group of associates

• Training teams for Healthcare client will be an added advantage.

• Best communication and interpersonal skills

• Prepare exhaustive training plan as per client need.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Creating Report, Quality analysis, dashboard and, Email writing

• Communicate with client representative.

• Design refresher training plan

• Aware on feedback mechanism etc.

• Should be flexible working in Night shifts
