The Technical Business Analyst will join a dynamic team developing the latest and greatest in cutting-edge financial crimes detection solutions. In this role, you will participate as a multi-talented contributor in all phases of the development cycle: concept, requirements definition, technical design, prototype, code development, testing, release to QA and implementation. You may ultimately take on some product ownership responsibilities as well. This is a fast-paced environment, and candidates must be comfortable working in Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) environments.

This position can be based to work out of any of Jack Henry office or remotely from any US location. Salary range for this position is $63-110k, depending on candidate experience and geographic location.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Define the system and functional requirements of the product.

  • Prepare business requirements and functional specifications.

  • May perform application, system, and regression tests.

  • Interact with technical teams to convey business requirements.

  • Work with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.

  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

    What you'll need to have:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst or product manager/owner within the SDLC.

  • Agile/Scrum experience.

  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g. finance, healthcare, government, defense) or with products that process financial transactions.

  • Ability to travel up to 5% for business meetings and client site visits.

    What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience with new product builds.

  • SAFe Agile experience.
