Red Hat Senior Training Architect in India

Red Hat is seeking a Senior Training Architect to join the Product & Technical Learning (PTL) team. In this role, you will create advanced and cutting edge technical training and enablement courses leveraging multiple Red Hat products and solutions. This is a role with global scope and exposure to stakeholders in business units, pre-sales, services, and partner organizations across all regions. You will establish relationships with business unit, engineering, and field teams to ensure that the technical enablement for the right products and solutions is being delivered to Red Hat associates and partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Red Hat business units and field organizations to identify enablement needs for existing and upcoming products and solutions

  • Develop structured learning models to define enablement requirements for products and solutions

  • Design enablement and training course designs based on requirement gathering and learning objectives

  • Develop enablement and training content, including practical interactive labs and presentation material

  • Develop automation and tooling to support lab environments

  • Delivery of enablement content in the form of semi-structured workshops

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Machine Learning or AI or related field or Equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of software development or IT industry experience

  • 5+ years working in one of the following roles: Technical sales, Consulting delivery, Technical support or Training development

  • Experience or applied knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift AI or AI and ML in general

  • Experience or applied knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes

  • Experience or applied knowledge of public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or IBM

  • Experience or applied knowledge of Ansible or

  • Experience or applied knowledge of Python

  • Knowledgeable and conversant with open source technologies and industry trends relating to open source as well as the public cloud marketplace

  • Ability to handle multiple concurrent work streams and deadlines

  • Up to 20% travel possible
