Our Technical Services jConnect team is excited to offer an opportunity for a Senior Network Engineer. The ideal candidate will bring extensive network support experience and a keen eye for identifying opportunities to enhance processes and procedures. This high-paced role involves significant interaction with both customers and internal business units to ensure success. The position focuses on managing end-of-life projects and all infrastructure related to the jConnect router, with a particular emphasis on data centers and overall infrastructure management.

What you'll be responsible for:
Technology refresh and standarization of jConnect devices.
Provide phone support to employees or customers relative to networking technology.
Analyze network topologies to determine potential issues and makes suggestions for recommended changes.
Correspond with customer and other divisions within the company to insure all customer concerns and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Prepare statements of work relative to upcoming network installations and general preparations for installations.
Respond to and remedy any audit findings associated with jConnect.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
What you'll need to have:
A minimum of 9 years of experience in network engineering.
Strong knowledge of BGP (Border Gateway Protocol).
Strong Knowledge of VPN.
Current CCNA certification.
Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JHA meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences.
What would be nice for you to have:
CCNP certificate.
Experience in virtual cloud environment.
