Are you passionate about education and organizational efficiency? We’re seeking a dynamic Senior Administrative Coordinator I to join our team.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with the Director of Curriculum Development, contributing to various aspects of curriculum enhancement and administrative processes. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for juggling multiple responsibilities, read on!

Here is a glimpse of what you will do:

  • assist with school-wide course scheduling

  • support education abroad initiatiatives

  • evaluate course needs and trends

  • process degree programs within university applications

  • contribute to the expansion of education abroad programs

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to the selected hire’s experience.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience AND s ix years of experience in office administration.

  • A well-qualified candidate would also possess experience in course scheduling, program evaluation and data trends, with Astra and Argos demonstrated knowledge

Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development

  • Works with the director of curriculum when interacting with a wide range of individuals, including school and university leadership.

  • Helps create and monitor project timelines and identifies issues.

  • Monitors compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Participates in the resolution of operating problems.

  • Helps develop administrative and technical procedures for curriculum development.

  • Coordinates office records retention and maintains office references and resources materials.

  • Provides support for planning and scheduling of course schedule.

    Administrative Curricular Advancement

  • Makes recommendations for process improvements, changes, or new initiatives.

  • Formulates, interprets, and/or implements management policies or operating practices.

  • Reviews documents for supervisor.

  • Recommends guidelines, policies, rules, and regulations.

  • Performs special analyses and project summaries.

  • Prepares and reviews operational and special reports.

    Administration

  • Exercises discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.

  • Provides administrative support to director of curriculum.

  • Develops and participates in administrative objectives and strategies, and in the planning and execution of operations.

  • Plans and coordinates meetings, seminars, and other special events; including managing calendar, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

  • May assist with management and training of student workers, and possibly support staff in the future.

  • May assist with office management.

  • May coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.

  • Performs other duties as assigned for the improvement of the school, procedures, and advancement.
