Remarketing Coordinator III Location: Little Rock, AR/Hybrid Duration: 6 months Description: Responsible for performing title work, title tracking, transportation tracking, and reconciling sales information in the Remarketing Department. Responsibilities Ensure the Company obtains a negotiable title on each repossessed vehicle in a timely manner. Coordinate transportation of vehicles from repossession agents to auction sites ensuring arrival within corporate guidelines. Verify, allocate and reconcile auction proceeds to appropriate accounts. Prepare and send deficiency accounting letters. Communicate verbally and in writing with customers, vendors and other departments to effectively complete the remarketing process. Compile reports and statistical data. Perform other duties as assigned. Years of Experience: 2-5 Top Three Skills: Great multi-tasker, Excellent communication skills, Organization Ideal Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will have had some experience working with some form of inventory control, transportation, or auctions. I am willing to train given the right candidate.
