Skill/Experience/Education: Mandatory Bachelor’s degree in human-computer interaction, design, or applicable years of experience 5+ years of experience in UX design, with a focus on complex systems and technologies. Strong understanding of UX principles, best practices, and methodologies. Proven ability to deliver innovative and user-centric designs that meet business objectives and user needs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and defend design concepts to diverse audiences. Passion for innovation and a desire to drive positive change through design. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Rapid Prototyping and Visualization: Proficiency in quickly translating ideas into visual concepts in Figma. Ability to generate a wide range of creative and innovative design solutions. User-Centered Design Approach: Understanding of user needs and ability to design solutions that meet those needs. Desired Experience in the relevant industry or product domain: Familiarity with client apps can be helpful but is not essential. Motion Design or Animation Skills: Ability to create interactive prototypes and animations can add depth to the visualizations. User Research and Testing Experience: While not the primary focus, some experience in gathering user feedback can be beneficial. Knowledge of Accessibility Standards: Ensuring designs are inclusive and accessible to all users.
