Supervise UAW hourly team members, team leaders, and tech team operators.
Perform and schedule maintenance activities.
Working in the paint dept.
Process control meetings
Feedback sheets to fill out for operator performance.
Quality.
Managing 30+ union workers.
Requirements:
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts.
Experience in machine, assembly and/or facility areas.
Strong knowledge of tooling, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
Supervising 20-60 people.
Managing the safety, people, quality, responsiveness, and cost.
High school diploma required.
