Position Summary

Provide order management and region support for Asia Pacific Countries. The individual is responsible for managing orders from order to delivery with direct interaction with Planning, Sales, Manufacturing, Traffic, and Service to ensure the fulfillment of all local requirements. The International Dealer Support Representative will support the on-going business operations of the region, ensuring requests are met and quality targets are reached and sustained.

Duties

  • Order Management

  • Responsible for order management and coordination

  • Accurately and efficiently record pertinent information into the Oracle order management system.

  • Manage backlog orders with daily review and management of scheduled ship dates, investigation, and resolution.

  • Required to run reports related to the overall management of orders.

  • Manage scheduled holds report and ensure timely resolution of issues.

  • Coordinate product shipment from various plant and vendor locations to designated delivery points.

  • Perform Shipment Validation Calls, as appropriate for the Region.

  • International Sales Support

  • Work with International Sales, Regulatory, Planning, Credit, Customer Service Management, and Logistics to resolve outstanding order management issues.

  • Assist Sales with processing and/or forwarding any necessary office paperwork.

  • Facilitate processing and cross-functional coordination of required documentation.

  • Interact with internal and external Customers on an ongoing basis through extensive use of telephone, email, and fax.

  • Provide data to Sales including, by not limited to order status, backorders, freight quotes, order consolidation, and delivery information.

  • Post Order Management

  • Work with Material Planning to ensure the availability and timely delivery on capital equipment orders.

  • Work with Traffic and freight forwarders to expedite emergency shipments, coordinate deliveries and acquire freight estimates.

  • Quality/Complaint Resolution

  • Investigate and record product complaints in Trackwise and work with the Regulatory Department to ensure timely action and resolution.

  • Escalate severe issues to Regulatory

  • Training

  • Participate in and complete initial and ongoing training.

  • Utilize available resources to update or increase knowledge on products, systems, procedures, and corporate initiatives.

  • Provide support for systems testing to verify and validate information.

  • Other Duties as Assigned

Education Degree

Bachelor's Degree

Required Experience

  • 2 to 4 years business experience with direct contact with Customers, Vendors and Sales

  • Multilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese and Japanese) preferred

  • Previous international experience preferred

  • Previous experience in equipment sales coordination and administration preferred
