Sie begeistern sich für komplexe Anlagen und technische Zusammenhänge und zeichnen sich durch eine strukturierte und vor allem sorgfältige Arbeitsweise aus. Sie arbeiten gerne im Team und suchen gemeinsam nach der besten Lösung. Die große Anlagenvielfalt, eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit und komplexe Technologien machen den Job als Instandhalter zum Traumberuf für Technikbegeisterte, die gerne tüfteln und schrauben.

Verantwortungsbereich

• Die selbständige Lokalisierung sowie die anschließende Behebung von Anlagenfehlern an elektrischen, elektronischen und mechanischen Baugruppen

• Die Durchführung präventiver Maßnahmen gemäß vorgegebener Wartungspläne und unter Einhaltung aller relevanten Sicherheitsvorschriften

• Der Umbau bestehender sowie die Installation neuer Anlagen

• Die Durchführung von Anlagenkontrollen

• Die Durchführung von Trainingsmaßnahmen für Schichtpersonal

• Das Identifizieren von Kostensenkungspotentialen

• Die sorgfältige und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation Ihrer Arbeit

Qualifikationen

Ihr Profil

• Facharbeiterabschluss im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik, Industriemechanik oder vergleichbar

• Freude an praktischer Tätigkeit

• hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

• Selbständige, engagierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Einsatzbereitschaft

• Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit und Arbeiten im Reinraum
