Job Title: Finance Shared Services Level D (Remote)

Job Location: Remote

Job Description:

  • Post journal entries and assist with the production of financial statements.

  • Assisting with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.

  • Assisting with audits and resolving discrepancies.

  • Responsible for daily customer interface and billing guidance to Contracts and Program Finance

  • Perform required AP, Payroll, Tax and Bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy

  • Support internal and external audits; actively participate in process improvement initiatives

    Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or General Business

  • GPA of 3.0 or greater

    Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge and/or experience in financial stability, analysis, negotiations, cost/schedule development, budgeting, Excel spreadsheets, customer/management reporting, accounts payable, financial analysis and reporting, accounts receivable, financial systems, financial planning, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, contract compliance and/or business acquisitions

    ​​​​​​​ In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $37,440 - $46,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. L3Harris also offers a variety of benefits, including relocation stipend, 401(k), EAP, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
