House of Blues C3 Presents - Financial Analyst in United States
Job Summary:
C3 Presents is seeking a qualified individual to join the Accounting team as a Financial Analyst. The selected candidate will work closely with the CFO, Accounting & Financial Analyst Manager, Accounting Team and Corporate Planning. The position is available to work remotely or work from the office on a hybrid-schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide timely, accurate and meaningful financial analysis of variances between actuals and forecast, budget and prior year
Consolidate forecast reports for multiple company roll ups
Analyze accuracy of forecast and monthly actuals based on projections
Develop an understanding of key business operational metrics
Assist in preparation of annual budget & monthly forecasts
Prepare budget deliverables required by corporate
Ensure data integrity between Oracle (ERP system) and BPC (Forecasting system)
Support Accounting & Corporate Planning by providing accurate and timely financial information
Provide insurance reporting to contracts team and act as point of contact
Support ad hoc requests, including financial information for board meetings
Other duties and ad hoc analysis, as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
At least 4-5 years of relevant finance or accounting experience required
Experience with a publicly trade company is a plus
Entertainment or eCommerce industry experience is a plus
Ability to meet critical deadlines by balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Experience with BPC or other forecasting software tools a plus
Advanced MS Excel skills, and proficient in MS Word and Powerpoint
Must be a self-starter with a positive attitude
Must be flexible with hours to accommodate workload fluctuations and quick turnaround times
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of the organization
Interpersonal skills and ability to interact appropriately with all levels of the organization is critical
Ability to collaborative in team environment, as well as, thrive independently
