Business Analyst V Location: Mount Laurel, NJ/Remote Duration: 12 months with possible contract to hire/ with possible extension Description: Candidate profile details: Degree/Certifications Required: Verifiable certifications are always a plus (eg CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) Years of experience: 10yrs Project Scope: Eagle RCC Disputes Resolution Team Size:10 + ppl Ideal candidate background: Machine Learning /Analytics data centric exp Strong requirements elicitation skills and experience with Document analysis Leading Requirements Workshops / Sessions Focus Groups, Surveys & Questionaires User Stories & Process Mapping Interpersonal skills that are adaptable and transferable to Stakeholder engagement (ability to work with all kinds of stakeholders) Ability to support, delegate and proxy for the PO in an agile delivery frameworks Assertiveness and desire to complete BA artifacts Understanding of Requirements Traceability (e.g Rock Crushing) Ability to communicate by being able to articulate What a BA is and the value they bring to an organization How the BA role evolves throughout the project delivery lifecycle Verifiable certifications are always a plus (eg CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.) Industry Knowledge Summary and day to day responsibilities : Eagle RCC Disputes Resolution Currently the FCRA team reviews every Credit Card and Loan dispute manually; detailed source system information is reviewed to validate the accuracy of the dispute for final response / resolution. The investigation process is time consuming. The purpose of the project is to automate dispute resolution for selected disputes using machine learning / modeling to investigate and resolve simple disputes using documented business rules.
