IHG Sales Manager - Wholesale in Thailand

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive sales performance to achieve hotel’s revenue goals, through wholesale and leisure group segmentation.

  • Lead with adaptability and be able change strategies as required.

  • Optimize a list of Leisure accounts whilst exploring new business opportunities with potential customers, have a sound knowledge of Leisure Contracting and basic knowledge of luxury consortia.

  • Continuously reinforce sales presentations and develop techniques to ensure your best performing capacity.

  • Be involved in the budget process and any strategy documents.

  • Reports to the Director of Sales

  • You’ll be on the road, selling locally and internationally – passport at the ready!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-year experience as Sales Manager focusing on Leisure & Wholesale segments.

  • Proven record of achievements over the course of your professional career development.

  • Native English communication skills.

  • Result-Driven, excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
