Ford Motor Company Software Engineer in Mexico

What you’ll be able to do:

  • Plan, lead, execute and give support to Automation Initiatives.

  • Drive local process standardization, optimization, efficiency, and improve experience through workflow simplification, utilization of Design Thinking & Intelligent Automation

  • Drive E2E Process performance improvement by identifying and leading process reengineering projects, as aligned with Global Process Owners (GPOs)

  • Drives efforts to keep abreast of external and internal products, industry benchmarking, and other competitive information.

  • Understand the enterprise Point of View on End-to-End Processes.

The minimum requirements we seek:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field OR a combination of equivalent experience with some education

  • Strong Knowledge on software development principles and architecture (+ 3 years)

  • Pega Automation Systems (+2 year)

  • Python 3.x (+2 year)

  • Postgres (+2 years)

  • Alteryx (+2 year)

  • Google Cloud Technology (+1 year)

  • Good understanding of Web services, REST APIs, JSON. (+1 year)

  • Apply analytical skills to create and validate compelling and persuasive business cases

  • Process mapping

  • Results driven and detail oriented

  • Fluent English

Helpful skills:

  • Understand and operate in a global context

  • Manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively

  • Partner with others and foster teamwork, with a “can do” positive attitude and self-motivation

  • Understanding of Scrum framework
