Job Description

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Guest Service: Provide excellent food and beverage service, showcasing extensive knowledge of our menu and cocktail offerings. Ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests by delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards of hospitality.

  • Finance: Analyze financial statements, strategically manage beverage inventory, and maximize revenue through effective upselling techniques while minimizing beverage costs. Possesses strong data analytical skills to monitor financial performance closely.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about current food and beverage industry trends, consistently seeking innovative ideas and incorporating them into the restaurant's offerings to ensure a competitive edge.

  • Team Management: Foster a team-oriented environment by providing regular training sessions for the staff to enhance their service, food, and beverage skills. Conduct performance evaluations to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team.

  • Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests, staff, and the local community. Build strong connections within the local community by actively engaging and promoting our restaurant's offerings.

  • Computer Skills: Proficient in computer usage and standard office programs to effectively manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

What we need from you

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining setting.

  • Exceptional guest service skills with a strong understanding of food and beverage operations.

  • Ability to analyze financial statements and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in the food and beverage industry.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in computer usage and standard office programs.

  • A genuine passion for providing exceptional service and building connections within the local community.
