The Clinical Digital Assistant (CDA) team is at the forefront, developing a next-generation platform that integrates generative AI technologies, OCI’s cloud-native AI/ML capabilities, and robust data infrastructure. With features like conversational search, voice-assisted applications, summarization, semantic search, this platform is revolutionizing healthcare applications and enhancing experiences for patients and clinicians alike. You will lead a talented group of engineers and help drive the team's vision of transforming healthcare through innovation and technology.

• Work with product teams and users of the platform to identify new functionality and enhancements

• Work with product and upstream partner teams to coordinate long-term planning and prioritization.

• Monitor and manage engineering deliverables.

• Recruit/build an impactful, innovative and energetic team

• Foster team collaboration and communication, both within the team and with other teams. ·

Qualifications:

• 10+ years experience managing a product engineering team of 16+ people

• Strong background in data engineering, distributed systems and cloud native deployments

• Leadership, mentorship and raising the talent bar across the organization

• Demonstrated experience with Relational and NoSQL databases

• Experience with search technologies, Vector Stores, RAG based architectures and Generative AI (LLMs) desirableExperience applying, measuring, and improving agile engineering processes

Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
