Job Overview

  • Define Global Standards for Global Supply Chain data as well as other global functional support and ensure adherence to standards.

  • Manages Medical Business Master Data Improvements and actions for KPI Reporting on data accuracy , completeness , and timelines of part creation process for assigned plants.

  • Leads projects impacting master data integration data remediation ,and work with data governance to ensure data quality and consistency .

  • Collaborate with cross functional data owners in the development and documentation of process to ensure data integrity and quality of master data.

  • Assist in implementation of key changes to Master Data Processes and applications.

  • Strong understanding of how data is used to drive the business/technology and advise onOptimal usages of data for reporting and analytics for sound decision making.

What your background should look like:

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Operations/Supply Chain/Business or other related field

  • 6+ years of experience in master data and process for operations/supply chain with 3 years of people management experience

  • Proven leadership experience with ability to lead and inspire diverse teams

  • Strong SAP/ERP Background (Preferably with Supply Chain MD experience) and operational experience required .

  • MS Excel proficiency is required
