Job Title: Senior Manager, Indirect Sourcing

Location: Hong Kong

Reports to: Sourcing Director

JOB SUMMARY:

This role is to optimize value and drive sustainable growth through strategic sourcing and efficient management of indirect spend across APAC region; to deliver cost savings, improve quality, and foster strong relationships among stakeholders and suppliers while leveraging innovative technologies and best practices; cooperate and coordinate with global Indirect Sourcing Team, Procurement Delivery Team and Procurement Operations Team to create a robust and agile supply chain that meets the needs of the organization, enhances operational efficiency, and ultimately meets the needs of the organization and contributes to the overall success of the business.

JOB DUTIES:

• Develop and implement Indirect Sourcing initiatives, including but not limited to Productivity, Payment Terms and Supplier Base Simplification in APAC region to provide best cost and value.

• Work with Procurement Delivery team, Procurement Operations team and IT to Improve Indirect Sourcing related systems and processes in APAC region like SAP, Ariba Guided Buying and Ariba Contract Workspace.

• Work with the global Indirect Sourcing team to implement corporate Category Strategy for APAC region.

• Ensure procurement compliance in APAC

• Deliver high level of Indirect Sourcing service in APAC

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 10 years of sourcing experience, preferably from different categories and with a regional exposure.

• Fluent English plus one Asian language

• Computer skills

• SAP and Ariba knowledge is preferred
