Description What You’ll Do The HCM Solution Architect will be responsible for trusted, long-lasting customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs multiple duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

  • Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on challenging customer engagements.

  • May own the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.

  • May act as the team lead on projects, providing mentoring, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members.

  • Optimally collaborates with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities.

  • Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in Oracle Solutions

  • Leverage amazing content & ideas from the broader oracle community

  • Network with SMEs within Oracle from other regions

Responsibilities

What You’ll Bring

  • Has worked in a delivery role with Oracle HCM Fusion, 5+ years’ experience

  • Has strong to solid understanding of the Oracle HCM Fusion platform and able to articulate the capabilities and benefits to customers

  • Solid understanding to communicate & discuss business process and SaaS Technology solutions with senior customer stakeholders around backoffice business applications (ERP, EPM, SCM and HCM)

  • Solid understanding of SaaS technology compoenents such as HDL, Fast formulas, HCM Extracts, rest APIs, OTBI and BIP reporting

  • Ability to formulate and document Application strategies such as Integration, reporting, data migration

  • String functional knowledge of HCM application suite such as Core HCM, Absence and OTL, Compensation, Payroll integrations

  • What works and does not work for Cloud projects
