As a Cloud Enterprise Architect, you will:

  • Responsible for establishing strong, lasting and collaborative relationships with our customers, working with our local/global teams to implement the right enterprise solution for our customers enabling their successful adoption of our products and services.

  • Inspire the client to see the journey ahead of them and while they may only look to implement a part of the winning solution, you will help the team establish a pathway to expand on a client’s Oracle footprint.

  • Bring in strong domain knowledge in one of more of the Oracle Fusion Enterprise Suite (HCM, ERP, SCM, CXM). A critical part of the role will involve leading the entire Oracle solution aspect of delivery of the implementations to ensure the customer’s business needs are addressed and benefits are realised.

  • Bring high levels of energy and creativity to come up with the best outcomes for clients and communicate these ideas to the team.

  • Present and inspire the client to see the vision you are putting forward.

  • Able to operate independently to provide quality work products, perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgement in order to deliver Customer advocacy.

  • Develop and elevate Oracle Consulting enterprise architectural capabilities by championing a center of excellence, and creating pathways for internal skill development

  • An experienced consulting professional who has an understanding and experience of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Suite (more than one is favorable)

  • Understand standard methodologies and processes across business domains

  • Understand how technology can drive ground-breaking change

  • Able to influence CXO executives

  • Experience in implementing Oracle solutions

  • Understand IaaS, PaaS and SaaS to be able to design and architect robust and fit-for-purpose solutions

  • Drive customer advocacy through relationship building and expectation management

  • A true standout colleague internally and externally

  • Ability to lead solution design through process driven outcomes

  • Leading teams of architects to deliver solution outcomes

  • 10+ years working in key roles driving business transformation projects as an Enterprise Architect

  • Superb communication skills in English (Written and Spoken)

  • Solid understanding of SaaS, Technology across Platform & Infrastructure, On-premise, Hybrid & Cloud

  • Platform: integration, process, APIs, security, analytics, user experience, content, database

  • Domain expertise in a particular industry (eg. Financial services) and/or qualifications related to that industry domain

  • Infrastructure: public, private & hybrid cloud deployments with experience of moving On-premise workloads to Cloud required; networking, storage, compute

  • Strong demonstrable knowledge and experience in TOGAF or similar

  • Able to communicate & discuss solutions with customers around

  • Evolving & new technologies, across the Oracle Technology stack

  • IaaS, PaaS and SaaS technology expertise

  • Ability to travel as needed

  • 15+ years in working on cloud implementations (preferably with Oracle Fusion)

  • Business Process / Transformation consulting experience

  • Oracle product implementation experience across ERP/M, HCM & CX/M on SaaS
