What will you do as a Regional Compliance Manager for EMEA?

As a Regional Complace Manager for EMEA you will:

  • Implement, review, and administer financial processes and controls across Videojet’s European operations.

  • Execute the annual plan for all internal and external audits, with the support of Global Compliance and other Regional Compliance Managers.

  • Direct and review SOX testing and required process improvements resulting from SOX audits.

  • Support the implementation of new accounting policies and standards, develop and update required control procedures, and assist local finance teams with in-depth knowledge on accounting policy and procedures.

  • Drive global and regional compliance activities including the development of local trainings and communication of new requirements within the region.

  • Execute special projects as may be required such as investigations etc.

  • Support Core Behaviors with an emphasis on Delivering Results and Winning as a Team.

  • Complete other duties as required.

What do you need to succeed as a Regional Compliance Manager for EEMEA?

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with a CPA, ACA, CIA, or equivalent designation.

  • 5+ years of equivalent professional experience in accounting, audit, internal controls, and/or compliance functions.

  • US GAAP and EU local GAAP experience.

  • Subject matter expert on accounting and internal finance policies, including revenue recognition and Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).

  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills to coach finance and operations leaders on compliance and control topics.

  • Able to work on multiple tasks with shifting priorities.

  • ERP experience, preferably Oracle.
