News Corp Australia Client Executive in VIC, Australia

What’s the role?

  • Supports the sales team to achieve revenue growth by assisting with proposals, insights and customer investigations.

  • Investigate billing disputes and advise Account Sales Managers/Account Development Managers, submitting DRS or credit requests to NewsHub as required.

  • Apply for credit applications for new clients through Salesforce.

  • Build and modify media schedules based of customer requirements, seeking appropriate pricing or editorial approvals.

  • Chase material with Premedia/client and check on digital assets with Ad Ops/Theorem/client.

  • Collaboratively monitor digital campaigns to ensure delivery, flagging any risks and providing recommendations to Account Sales Managers/Account Development Managers.

  • Supports Account Sales Managers/Account Development Managers with post campaign analysis by putting together detailed post campaign reports for clients and specified campaigns to demonstrate ROI.

  • Complete NewsXtend Briefing Documents.

  • Communicate with sales teams on late space availability.

  • Finalise and receive client campaign creative for NewsXtend, and distribute internally as required.

  • Monitor competitors and maintain awareness of market movements.

Who are you?

Who Are You

  • A team player, supporting Sales/Account Managers in developing and completing proposals.

  • Strong communication and written skills, and ability to deliver a message clearly

  • Growing sales ability and interest, including proposal creation and narrative skills to achieve sales outcomes.

  • · Developing product and industry knowledge

  • ·The ability to understand client needs to support Sales/Account Managers in developing and crafting solutions.

  • · Working knowledge of MS Office (particularly powerpoint), and Salesforce.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, be able to multitask and manage competing priorities

  • Adaptability to changing environment (new selling solutions, products, ways of working).

  • Previous Sales experience desirable.
