You Will Be Part of Growing Team

Reporting to and supported by the Logistics and Distribution Senior Leader Europe and within the European SPSC team.

We have an internship opportunity in the field of supply Chain Management studies.

Your Challenge:

  • Keep it simple and agile!

  • Support with global implementation/enhancement Seed business Logistics and Distribution Data management, Analytics and Reporting at Europe level (flow and financials).

  • Logistics and Distribution Network Mapping and modelisation parameters

  • Freight and warehousing spend, reporting dashboard / KPIs , vendor service compliance and distribution service quality.

  • Reporting dashboards, and KPI analysis in a process of continuous improvement of our performance in terms of service, environmental impact and costs.

  • Being self-starter and collect all the relevant information from the various stakeholders.

  • Additional specific projects in the Supply chain fields of Planning and network to be defined.

Location: primary location Versoix, Switzerland, Home office/Travels Possible locations France and Italy

Duration: 6month to 12 Month (Preferred) from April or June 2024

Qualifications

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Supply chain management mastering of concepts of the key business processes from planning to execution

  • Lean and continuous improvement mindset and key tools understanding and knowledge.

  • Data acumen and Data management capabilities in ML tools and Data reporting/visualization (Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI Teams Azure and of course Excel advanced (solver))

  • Good prioritization capabilities to identify and focus on levers.

  • Comfortable with multicultural and fast paced environment
