National Winter Actvity Center SUMMER: Guest Relations in Vernon, New Jersey
Position:
Guest Relations (Full-Time and Part-Time)
Season:
Summer (July 2024 - August 2024)
Reports to:
Judie Aspinall, Director of Base Operations
Position Purpose:
Guest relations makes the participants experience more organized. This includes determining parking, providing information for guests, and administering check-ins or check-outs on campus.
Qualifications:
Must be 16 years of age or older.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Attentiveness and patience
Ability to find the positive in any situation
Must be punctual, reliable, able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Administering check-ins and check-outs on the campus.
Coordinating client/guest parking and traffic flow.
Providing information to client/guest.
Troubleshooting common issues.
Escalating queries and concerns.
Physical Requirements/Working Environment:
Frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods of time.
Will be required to climb stairs, walk up and down inclines and uneven terrain.
Ability to work effectively in extreme cold weather conditions and in other inclement weather conditions.
Must be able to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
