Description

Robert Half is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk for an immediate contract position in Vandalia.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing a high volume of AP invoices and payments accurately and efficiently.

• Perform 3-way matching verifying invoices by comparing them with purchase order and delivery receipts.

• Manage a backlog in AP

  Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of relevant accounts payable experience, with a focus on high-volume processing

• Proficiency in accounting software particularly Excel (pivot table experience a must)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Oracle experience a +
