Providence St. Joseph Health Associate Membership Accounting Specialist *Remote* in Vancouver, Washington

Providence Health Plan is calling an Associate Membership Accounting Specialist who will: Support individual members with their accounts, which includes eligibility, enrollment, premium billing and delinquent accounts Provide excellent customer service for all interactions Maintain confidentiality of all information related to members and employees Collaborates with other MA Individual teams to address concerns or complaints Take initiative to bring up issues and concerns, including recommendations for resolution Develop industry knowledge We welcome 100% remote work for residents who reside in one of the following States / Regions: Oregon Washington : Clark County Required qualifications for this position include: 1+ years of experience working in a customer service environment Preferred qualifications for this position include: Experience working in a high-pressure customer facing service environment A proven track record of learning and applying complex concepts at work Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally and achieving financial security.
