Insitu has an immediate need for an Accounts Payable contractor to join our team for a 6+ month contract. This role will be responsible for: Managing accounts payable using accounting software Costpoint and other programs Handling accounts payable for separate vendors Ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures. Processing due invoices for payments Comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts Processing invoices via the match two and match three process Required Education & Experience: High School diploma and 2 years of related finance experience. Preferred Experience: Previous experience in an Account Payable role. Previous experience with Costpoint or comparable software program. This role can be a remote / virtual position after the initial 1-2 week training period.
