Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Full Time Document Control Specialist to join our Transportation Team. This position will work under the direction of the Project Controls Manager. The initial assignment is to be a part of the Document Control team on a large 8 year Program consisting of 12 Projects under the direction of the Program Document Control Lead.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for Document Control on 3 or more large projects working directly with the PM teams, Consultants and Client under the direction of the Document Control Lead,

  • Checking and correcting file naming

  • Issuing and tracking deliverables for review

  • Assisting users with access and training as needed

  • Advising on FOI requirements

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

  • ProjectWise including 365, FTP Sites, SharePoint/Teams

  • Familiarity with a variety of Document Control Applications an asset

  • Intermediate user of Microsoft office and Adobe Suite of products

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Education and Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in a document control role preferably with some with large projects

Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.

Pay transparency laws require employers to provide the following information for positions that may be in the following jurisdiction(s):

Salary Range(s):

  • Lower Mainland $53,800 / BC Other Areas $50,800 - Lower Mainland $75,400 / BC Other Areas $71,100 Min/Max Pay Range for postings located in BC (Lower Mainland includes Vancouver & Burnaby)

The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
