What you will be doing:
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
Oversee the final presentations of dishes with goal of sending out beautifully presented, incredibly tasty and correctly plated food to all of our guests
Act as the liaison between front of house and back of house in ensuring proper workflow of food preparation, execution and accurate and timely delivery
Have full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions, menu items and preparation methods
Provide support to the service team in completing assigned side duties
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Standing and walking throughout shift
Occasional lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling
Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
A passion for all things hospitality is required
Ability to be happy and welcoming while focusing attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Previous experience in similar role is an asset
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
