We are seeking a Laboratory Associate - PBMC to join Q2 Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business at our Valencia, CA location.

This position is a Tuesday-Saturday 12 pm - 8:30 pm shift.

Embark on a fulfilling journey with Q2 Solutions as a Lab Support Specialist, where your expertise in isolating and preparing peripheral blood mononuclear cells will contribute directly to life-altering clinical research and trials.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conduct routine analysis of specimens, ensuring documentation aligns with SOPs and regulatory guidelines.

• Evaluate the validity of analytical results, cross-referencing with lab computer system algorithms.

• Identify, document, and escalate any potential performance discrepancies or unusual results to senior personnel.

• Prepare necessary buffers and solutions for analysis.

• Engage in secondary review of analytical results, given proper competence sign-off.

• Manage post-analysis sample and reagent storage, ensuring optimal conditions.

• Assist in drafting and innovating laboratory procedures and techniques.

• Uphold lab cleanliness and order, following 6S standards, and communicate effectively across various internal departments.

What We Are Looking For:

• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.

• At least 6 months of related lab experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed for This Role:

• Ability to stand on your feet for an extended amount of time and lift up to 30 lbs.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $43,000.00 - $64,600.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
