Cardinal Health On-Site Supervisor, Revenue Cycle Management in Twinsburg, Ohio

This opening is working onsite in the Twinsburg OH facility office M- F 8:30am EST- 5 pm EST, or as business needs occur.

What Customer Service Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Customer Service Management is responsible for strategic oversight and leadership direction within the Customer Service function.

Anticipated salary range: $66,500 - $94,900/yr.

The salary range listed is an estimate. Pay at Cardinal Health is determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographical location, relevant education, experience and skills and an evaluation of internal pay equity.

Accountabilities

  • Supervisor of Revenue Cycle Mgmt. process Team with primary focus on:

  • Inbound Mail Processing and Distribution

  • Outbound Mail Processing of Appeal Packets for remote RCM teams

  • OnBase Workflow Management

  • RCM Appeal and Rebill Projects

  • MCO/Medicare Audit Documentation Printing

  • Healthcare Billing & Quality / Review

Qualifications

  • Revenue Cycle Management experience in healthcare setting preferred

  • HS & bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • 1-3 years' experience preferred

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Required to work on-site daily in Twinsburg Ohio facility

  • Prior Edgepark or At Home "Order Processing" experience in other insurance related departments preferred (if internal)

  • Prior healthcare billing or quality review preferred

  • Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations, or business support staff

  • Administers and executes policies and procedures

  • Ensures employees operate within guidelines

  • Decisions have a direct impact on work unit operations and customers

  • Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels

  • Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution

REMOTE DETAILS: You will work from home, full-time.

As a work from home employee, the expectation is that you have your camera on when participating in your onboarding/training activities. You will be required to have a dedicated, quiet, private, distraction free environment with access to high-speed internet.

  • If having connectivity issues and our IT dept. suspects connectivity issues are due to your ISP or your current set up, we will request that you change providers or rework your set up to not disrupt your daily productivity.

Download speed of (25Mbps – Minimum) but (50Mbps – Recommended) if nobody else at home streaming.
