Receives training and performs duties in several departments related to retail banking operations, lending support, collections and credit review in order to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion under direction of experienced personnel. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties in each line of business. Monitors performance and establishes performance goals and objectives with mentor/trainer and upper management. Assists and supports Bank personnel as needed.
