Our client based in the Energy Industry is looking to add a Desktop Support professional with 5-10 years’ experience helping end users with PC and Peripheral issues amongst their internal employees. Main duties consist of assisting end users deskside with hardware issues, new laptop deployment and data backups, and some networking support.

Top Skills:

1. 5-10 years of experience with in person desktop support

2. Windows OS support, SCCM experience

3. O365, MFA, cross-tenant support

This position will handle day to day issues of internal employees, which is a growing population within the company.
