Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Troubleshoots mechanical, electrical, and operational problems, and implements effective solutions to minimize downtime. Coordinates with maintenance teams and external vendors to facilitate repairs and replacements as necessary. Keeps accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels. Stays updated on industry best practices, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
