Growing manufacturer in Tulsa is seeking a Field Service Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have previous field service experience and capabilities with mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Bachelor's degree preferred, but will consider 3 years + relevant experience in place of degree. Must be open to about 50% travel, mostly domestic. Excellent benefits!

Growing manufacturer in Tulsa is seeking a Field Service Engineer to add to their team. The ideal candidate will have previous field service experience and capabilities with mechanical troubleshooting and repair. Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site field visits to collect data, partner with the customer on potential solutions and supervise the installation of equipment.

• Investigate and resolve customer reports of technical problems with equipment, perform analysis, and provide solutions; Inspect malfunctioning or damaged equipment

• Coordinate problem resolutions with Field Service, Engineering, and other inter-company departments

• Ensure all new or modified equipment has been completed according to industry standards, company standards, and customer specifications.

• Review performance reports, inspection reports and documentation

• Recommend necessary repairs and upgrades

• Provides recommendations to management on recurring equipment problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred

• At least 3 years of mechanical troubleshooting experience

• Previous field service experience

• Ability to travel 50%, mostly U.S. with minimal international

• Ability to work cooperatively with others and work with various levels of customers, employees and management in a fast-paced environment
