PAY RANGE

The Target Pay Range for this position is $100,900-$123,200 annually. The full Pay Range is $78,400-$145,800 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. Incentives are performance based and targets vary by role.

IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE:

As the Product Operations Manager at BECU, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining our strategy around credit card-related policies, procedures, and products. Your focus will be on enhancing the member experience while driving operational efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in solving product-related audit findings and collaborating cross-functionally with partners across the organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Internal Partnerships and Collaboration:  Build strong relationships with all stakeholder partners across BECU. As a credit card Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will provide direct support to teams based on your deep knowledge and expertise in credit card processing systems and products, staying updated with the latest information and best practices.

  • External Partnerships and Collaboration:  Engage with third-party credit card vendors to address credit card business unique maintenance and enhancement needs and service requirements. This includes managing PSCU/Fiserv maintenance and enhancement requests, production and project support, and statements and collateral management.

  • Research and Solution Development:  Research and provide solutions for the design and implementation of emerging strategies, incorporating new technology while adhering to industry standards.

  • Issue Resolution and Member Satisfaction:  Address escalated issues and concerns, ensuring member satisfaction and effectively informing all stakeholders of the solution. This includes managing credit card impacting issues for partner vendors, member and compliance complaint management, member promotion/campaign escalation, and Service Now tickets.

  • Effective Communication and Project Management:  Maintain effective communication with all Credit Union employees regarding the credit card product to ensure coordination for implementing changes and other key communications. Lead operational projects and ensure that functional business unit testing is completed before implementation.

  • Compliance Management and Documentation:  Manage BECU's deposit and debit card related compliance rules and regulations. Prepare and share presentations with key partners to review existing policies and inform them about planned changes. Ensure all deposit policies and procedures are documented and that the Product Operations team is cross trained for potential contingencies.

QUALIFICATIONS: * *

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience within the financial services industry working with consumer and/or business segments in support of credit, and/or loan products

Desired Qualifications :

  • Experience with Credit card operations

  • Experience working with Fiserv Optics Platform

  • Effective analysis, testing, troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills

  • Proven ability to self-motivate while demonstrating sound judgment in decision-making
