The Manager Business Office and Revenue Cycle is responsible for the timely, accurate, and comprehensive review of provider claims to optimize reimbursement and ensure compliance with all regulatory statutes. This position is responsible for developing and implementing appropriate business office practices and monitoring effectiveness to ensure compliance with the organizations focus on customer and patient satisfaction as it relates to billing practices and timely account resolution. Additionally, the Business Office Manager develops and implements policies and procedures for the Revenue Cycle and collaborates with the management team and various clinic departments to ensure that efficient, accurate, and courteous service to internal and external customers is maintained.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, business administration or other closely related field. Or equivalent educ/experience,

• 5 to 10 years equivalent work experience which includes progressive management experience and provides the ability to perform the essential functions of the position.

• 5 years - Progressively more responsible related work and personnel management in health care industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ICD-10/CPT coding experience.

About the Team

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
