Overview:
As a Crew Leader at Sonic Drive-In, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented individuals and ensuring smooth operations at our drive-in. Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate crew members to deliver excellent customer service
Ensure food quality and safety standards are met
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Manage inventory and control costs
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues
Job Requirements:
Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
